Description
The Beefeater includes (in addition to water and alcohol) juniper, angelica root and seeds, coriander seeds, licorice, almonds, orris root (Iris germanica), Seville oranges and lemon peel. All these ingredients are soaked in alcohol for 24 hours, then distillation occurs within 7-8 hours, that is, the alcohol is slowly evaporated. Then, in the resulting product, the fortress is lowered: for the UK, a Beefeater is produced with a strength of 40%, for the rest of the countries – 47%.
